The Head of State ordered the Cabinet of Ministers to arrange, before February 2016, the centralization at the federal level of the state procurements of some medicines used in the treatment of tuberculosis, HIV and viral hepatitis.
In addition, until November 15 this year the government should select a single supplier for blood plasma products purchased at the expense of state budget allocations. Another order concerns the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In cooperation with the Rostec State Corporation, these ministries should arrange, before January 15, 2016, an independent technological audit of the localization of complete production cycle of drugs for the treatment of HIV infection and viral hepatitis by domestic manufacturers.
